Keno is one of those games you either know about or you do not. It is generally seen as a lottery in the casino. Like the lottery, the game consists of numbered balls being selected. The goal is to select the numbers that will be drawn. The game of Keno can either be quick or slow based on the casino. By gambling on Keno on the internet you can set the pace of the game. For me, I like real life keno. You hang out in a lounge, if you want, and play. Keno is a game that you do not have to be present to play and be a winner. For example, you could purchase a ticket for twenty games and then go compete in something else in the casino or even your room if you are staying in the casino.

Keno Board

The game is bet on on a board. The Keno game board is made up of eighty numbers total – number 1 to eighty. The 1st 40 are referred to as the top half and the 2nd forty are referred to as the bottom half.

Playing Keno

Every game of Keno goes the same. The game starts, and twenty numbers are drawn. The casino may be using the ball system. Ping pong style balls are sucked up and picked, exactly like the lotto on television. Other casinos utilize pc’s. If a number you checked is selected, that is known as a "hit." When all 20 numbers are selected, the round ends and winning tickets are cashed-in.

There is a fair amount of choices in the game of Keno. For example, you might pick a single number, two numbers and so on up to 20 numbers. As a rule, you have to get a majority of your numbers to win something. For instance, if you choose six numbers, you will generally have to hit 3 to win your money back.

Keno Payouts

The payouts in Keno are pretty decent. The chances of getting a win is dependent on the total numbers selected. For example, if you pick two numbers, you will have a 6% chance of hitting your ticket. Each casino’s Keno department has their very own pay outs. If you are playing on the web, be sure you look around for the greatest pay outs first.
